Re: Free drive shaft replacement
Would have been nice, mine cost £545 for the shaft alone and I had to fit it! The 12S is different to any other apparently so a second hand one was like rocking horse poo. It was at about 60,00 miles though.

Re: Ex RC8
Thanks Chris
It seems that the solicitors appointed for me by my legal insurance are doing a good job. Already had an immediate needs assessment, additional physio and a specialist assessment and treatment for the vertigo. Bike has been paid out and 4D paid off by the solicitors.

Re: Rough or refusal to run
Possibly a coil? mine would cut out any opportunity until I found one of the coils duff. Just pulled them off one at a time and listened for any change in engine note. It was a bit erratic as to when it would cut out, maybe temperature?

Re: Ex RC8
Preferred my 12S and RC8 but its ok for an old lad like me. Still a bit of fun but a compromise between the comfort of the 12S and the sheer lunacy of the RC8

Re: Gloves, Drybag and Optimate for sale.
I normally reduce file sizes by emailing the pictures to myself. I can then choose a size, not sure if that is only on a MAC though
