Seems true Dave, prices on premium brand models are really increasing and when one looks at the cost of similar non premium brand models you question how can they be 5k more expensive. I refer to the fully loaded BMW 900GSA and its fully loaded Vosges rival. It is reported that they make the engine for BMW! I wonder if the likes of BMW can compete with the influx of similar lower priced models from the east.
I really like the Guzzi brand even if I bought the wrong model for my intensions at the time and since they have been under Piaggio and had the benefits of Aprilia R and D things are moving forward. I like the look of the transverse V, the heritage brand thing and loving the V7 with its large fuel tank. Its a win win for you having Teasdale not to far away, dealer back up has been a negative for a lot of folk who may well have bought into the brand.
Hope you enjoy it, and yes a catch up will be good, I`ll be back on the bike in 25 no fear about that.
Amanda says Hi
We have the Voge 900DSX here on demo, we're selling them like crazy absolutely flying out the doors. The spec is amazing and the engine is indeed made in the same factory as the 900GS by Loncin.
The 900 DSX has different mapping so is 10 hp less but has a stronger bottom range than the GS.
They've recently reduced the price but put the luggage as an option, all in with the luggage they're £9300 ISTR
Spec includes built in dashcam, blindspot warning mirrors, heated seats and grips, cruise control, quick shifter and blipper, main stand, engine bars, fog lights, key less ignition, android mirroring on dash, cornering abs, stainless exhaust etc etc. Switchgear is essentially KTM.
