Good point, well made, but in all seriousness, it only extends about a foot and a half in front of the tyre. I only use it on quiet roads, and wouldn't consider mounting it in places with too many people around.nab 301 wrote:Jousting , anyone?

You really need only two tools: WD-40 and duct tape. If it doesn't move and it should, use WD-40. If it moves and shouldn't, use the tape.

Re: France and Switzerland in the heatwave
Just put together a short vid of the week I spent in the Alps with Richard on our bikes, after the Flash weekend. You can see it here on YouTube.
Cheers,

I love those 360 shots Paul but the moment at 2.24, oh dear never mind, when I saw Richard I immediately thought Gromit but now I see who ‘‘twas” lol

Re: France and Switzerland in the heatwave
Nice video and trip Paul. I used panniers once on a long weekend to Wales. I hit two cars, a tree, a frame on the entrance of a perimeter wall and my mates bike in a similar fashion to Richards collision with you but I took his indicator off. Never again. I sold them on my return! Great looking GS BTW.Paul wrote:the joy of panniers...
