12s has canbus so doesn't that mean no fuses

Not strictly true, it has "electronic fuses" that reset themselves if tripped after an ignition restart.
But no fuse box as such.

Thanks for your help guys. This all makes sense. Especially the fact that when I first turn on the ignition, it has reset back to normal, allowing me to start the engine, then maybe the vibration is causing a short circuit.
I shall investigate further.
