- put on the Zard exhaust
- put on the Ilmberger hugger
- clear lenses for indicators
- put on 'Piss on Japan' sticker
- put on BoxerTrix R1200S sticker ?
Very Nice, I think the Black/Silver looks very well. Be interested in your opinion of the Zard exhaust once you have a few kms under your belt. Shame you will not be joining us in Wales next weekend!!
Looks v nice indeed - probably the sweetest looking colour scheme so far imho. The silver helps break up the black, but with the black wheels there's still enough black to keep it as the fastest colour
It's not standard factory paint scheme. I just ordered the hocker in 'titansilber' and had the two other parts, top tank and front, done in the same colour.
The wheels are standard silver/grey, so I had them painted black.

...maybe...
Oooh no. Ron. I know where you're heading at. First a thin red stripe on the black, then an even bigger red stripe on even less black, then a big red stripe with a small black line .... and in the end it will look like this:
... which is also stunning, but not unique... (anymore).
...imagine it with a tinted screen, white (or smoke) indicator lenses, and maybe a belly pan with these 3 colours (silver front, thin red line, the rest in black)...
Very nice ! Can you see over the tank bag without standing on the pegs?

Thats not a tank bag...its a bloody two-storey extension In this country you would need to apply for planning permission before erecting something that big
Bike does look really nice though without the one-up,one-down on the tank.
Still waiting for 'that' killer paint job to arrive before I consider a change though. Ohh....and a small lottery win
The bag is big indeed, but not too big. It fills up the space in front of your chest and between your arms, but it's not obstructing the sight on the dashboard or upper clamp / ignition key. You can lean on to it, like a pillow. Naturally it does obstruct you in moving around when riding sports style. For me as a commuter it gives good storage capacity.
