OK - I'm now beginning to use S properly, and am finding it's launching itself off lumps in the road, in a way that doesn't seem healthy for a 200Kg + bike. I'm 6 foot and 11 stone - Any recommendations for damping/rebound? My first inclination is to go generaly a bit harder all round?

Cheers, Dave

Hi Dave

If it's actually launching itself off bumps then first guess is you've already got too much compression damping on there which is preventing the spring from absorbing the bumps. Only way to really set it properly is back everything off, set you static sag and then change one thing at a time and check it by riding the same stretch of road to find what works best for you.

Suspenders are quite an individual thing and you want what makes you feel confident and works for you.

Good luck !
