No, it wasn't tied up. I think they use them to secure the boats at the end of the day. Lots of dragonflies on the pond.

Gosh not a croc in sight
Fiat Panda.
Fiat Scudo (with speedblock, pipe carrier, reversing sensors, reversing camera, tow bar, some new rust and Fake Plumber logo)
started out with nothing, still have most of it left.
