Mileage

Post by m25jambuster »

My R1100S had 2k on it when I bought it and it had about 14500 on it when I sold it last year. It is owned by a boxertrix member but I dont know what the mileage is now. I put the mileage on mine in 2 years and it never let me down and only needed routine servicing. I the year I have owned my 'blade I have put 3k on that and in the 4 months I have owned my sv which is my daily commute I have put 2.5k on that.

Just went over 115k on Friday. Bought with 30k on in May 2002. Lots of commuting plus the odd longer jaunt or two. Looking tired now  Won't ever part with her though. Put 35k on my Chundercat and some on the Fazer in that time too.

My S: 42600 miles.
Your S, I did about 28K on

My S is just over 36K and I added about 6K of those. Hopefully get a decent milage in this year with the trip to French France in May and more Boxertrix meet ups in Cumbria and Burton before that.

Cheers,

Paul
You really need only two tools: WD-40 and duct tape. If it doesn't move and it should, use WD-40. If it moves and shouldn't, use the tape.
