Not wishing to hijack DaveH's for sale thread I ask my question here. This summer I have been about in these Swiss passes (open 2 seater) and have noticed many bikes/riders with cameras fitted (some do look a 'little large' when on a helmet lads!) they are obviously recording their journey for future playback. However I was wondering of their legality/admissability in court should someone be involved in an 'off' involving a third party? Assuming the 3rd party were in error of course!

Another thing to you guys touring with rear panniers - please remeber you have them fitted. All sorts of bikes out here with them on; but looking at some of the overtaking manoevers many forget them whilst on the move and do not leave much clearance when passing. Even on the good old R1100S the panniers are out quite a way past the heads.

Saw a nice yellow R1100S at the top of the Stussen pass on Saturday but as he was on Italian plates I am aassuming no one here. :D

I wonder; Does anyone make one of those cameras with a BIG red button labeled 'Instant Delete'?

Mr. Spock is my role model so be advised; I possess no (discernible) sense of humour.

It's all VFR (DCT) round here now. STILL missing my 1100s tho.
