Adjuster bolt for Poly belt

Post by Nookiebear »

Ok I want to change my alternator belt on my R11S but I am struggling to find where to buy the adjuster bolt (part no: 83300401699, tool: 12 3 551).
Motorworks don't sell it, so does anyone know where I can buy one, or is anyone willing to lend me one.
Any help most welcome.

I'm probably the wrong person to answer this as anytime i've changed the belt I've just wound it on over the pulleys .. not technically correct but the alternator belt has never complained or worn out prematurely ...
Looking at the manual I'm not aware of any special tools required other than a torque wrench, unless the adjusting bolt/ nut is damaged?

Edit , i've googled the part # you supplied but it's not something i've ever seen used before.
