Not much use to me, my BMW paddock stand fits in the lugs on the back of the frame...

Looked at the Ricambi Weiss website - tyre bead breaker for 49 Euros and balancer was cheap too. 12 Euros for postage. Paddock stands also cheap

Boxerscott, that looks like an NWS stand the bike's on. Did you have to modify it accommodate the taller BCR?

Thanks, I am pleased with it. The stand is specifically for the road bcr. Not bad, it works well and is adjustable but to be safe it needs an extra pair of hands to engage and disengage.

Hmmm, I've got an NWS stand to move on (needed an ABBA), so know it's a bit of a faff single-handed. Mine's an SS (yellow spring bla bla) but not as jacked up as a late BCR. It has a degree of height adjustment but I reckon yours has more holes in the moveable sections, i.e. more variance. I ask because someone with a late BCR expressed interest but binned the idea cos I couldn't state for sure that it would lift the rear wheel clear.

Pan has to have 4 fixing holes drilled out (7mm) and 14mm hole drilled for sidestand cush. I also fitted some plaggy headguards so I could conserve my cf ones.

IMO the NWS stand is the work of the devil
Not safe, single-handed operation (as I found out at great cost
) and takes up huge amounts of space when not being used.
Best thing I ever did was sell and buy an ABBA
