Steve, it looks like a record crowd this year so (even though it will be like herding cats) a group pic before Sunday's ride-out would be nice. :)

Mr. Spock is my role model so be advised; I possess no (discernible) sense of humour.

It's all VFR (DCT) round here now. STILL missing my 1100s tho.

Every year I intend to get one, and every year we forget...... Hey all this year we HAVE to do a group photo :)

The last man drop off should make the rideout easy peasy as usual :)

Joking aside do you not use the first man, or more correctly the second man drop off system?

I've been in touch with Sara at the Wild Pheasant to check we're ok for the function room bar still and that the promised extra beers are available, her reply sounds good :)

"..... we have 10 rooms left on hold for you.

I will make sure that the function bar is opened dont worry, we do now have Llangollen Bitter & Wrexham Lager so I'll make sure we have plenty in, I'll also see what else our supplier can offer us."

I'm negotiating the Saturday group menu with her at present.

I'm hoping for a 3-3-3-1 menu, which translates as
3 starter choices,
3 mains choices,
3 dessert choices
and to finish coffee/tea and cheese & biscuits for all.

I'm hopeful of pulling this off and if so the hotel is again proving to be helpful and great value I'm sure you'll agree.

Come on then the late bookers .... only 10 rooms left!
