04 BCR Mirror problem

The LH mirror on a BCR 04 is constantly being vibrated out of adjustment when I accelerate. It's clearly more loose than the RH mirror, so:
How can I tighten it up

Is there a nut beneath the mirror and how do you remove the mirror?

Or should I just buy another?

noticed when i took the cover off mine,noticed the l/h mirror on mine was just spinning around where its been knocked going past it,had a quick look and it feels though there is a nut on the underside to tighten it up,need to pull it off the paddock stand and wheel it out to have a proper look.but i`am sure we will get our answer here bluemax.
