[/url]Heres a couple of pics showing the amount of weld on the headers where they connect to the cylinder head and cat/y piece.
Sure aint pretty,but thats mass production for you.
I am in the process of smoothing these out using a powerfile and deburring tool.
The other picture is the exhaust cans i,ve been making over the last few months.I will get round to getting them welded eventually!
