Rear Shock Adjustment

Post by D Man »

Any advice on the stock (blue spring) rear shock dampener adjustment?
I've attempted to adjust toward the softer setting direction with a straight blade screwdriver. The bugger won't budge and I'm afraid of causing damage to the head of the adjuster. Thanks in advance!

Hi
Spray with a releasing oil (plus gas or similar)over a couple of days. Then get a screw driver which fits perfect and try and undo.If this fails, then try a impact driver after another liberal dosing of release oil. They do have a tendancy to seize up if left.
Hope you get it sorted.
