Shoei Helmet Parts?

Anyone know where to get replacement Shoei bits from?
Is it a question of popping into one of the dealers like J&S in Watford?
I was a little enthusiastic tightening up a retaining screw on whatever the thing is called that holds the visor and it sheered.
Small black plastic fits into this hole.

Doh!, just thought to take a piccie of the other side

Not wonderfully robust construction, and a bit fiddly but it's lasted five years until I became interested in it.
Any tips gratefully received.

I have used them several times. They carry a huge stock , are cheap, and fast.

Thanks for that link. I'll bell them tomorrow. Maybe get a pinlock kit whilst I'm at it.
Don't know if anyone else has the problem but my clear visor fogs like buggery whereas my iridium never does - or is that just because I use the clear visor when it's cats'n'dogs?

could just be the coating slowing up the fogging process?!

Pinlock works great, but I do get a lot of problems at night with headlamp refraction.

But clear as a bell during daylight hours.
