bellypans... which one?

PFM 6 piston from west engineering in the Isle of Man. Top company - the guy caught a plane and hired a car just to come to my door with a foc replacement part. They work great with the OE master cylinder - braking on the shellgrip on motorway exits is a barrel of laughs. The rotors are really neat...I could go on.[img][/img]
'Hinterachsge' translates as 'rear axle'.(Not 'Differential', so f*** off)

can't post links, sorry. Search ebay for 'R1100 s' - (the space between 1100 & s is important) & you'll find a geman item ref. DR122 sold by 'ricamb' or similar. its 40 quid plus 12 postage. The bit about 'comes with all the brackets' was utter fiction in my case. But I can knock you a set of brackets up in exchange for a packet of biscuits. We are 2 mins from M1 junction 36.[img][/img]

nearly right - R550 comes from twice seizing a piston, and twice dropping a valve. Drop in anytime - we've got another r1100s with something like the 'other' type of boxercup bellypan - doesn't come as far up the sides of the gearbox. Not too sure where that one came from though. You'd be able to compare both, and collect your brackets.

I fitted my lovely belly pan after getting it prepped and sprayed. It seems to be a BCR shape rip-off, made from carbon matting. I bought it from a German ex-racer and it arrived in his (questionable) livery. Looked great until I bottomed it out, smashing it on the way into a car park - serves me right for taking a short cut...

In for a penny, in for a pound.
Well R550, I've gone and committed myself, so I may be bobbing round at some point. 2 mins from junction 36? by my reckoning that puts you somewhere near 'The Company Shop'... plenty of biscuits in there...
