Entering the fold

Post by Red Fokker »

Hey up all,

About to enter the fold, picking bike up next week. Owned a GS1150 a few years ago and grew to love the engine, shaft drive and even the often biking press maligned indicators which I actually prefer. Only thing I didn't like with that bike was the sheer physical bulk which could be a pain manouvering it around in the driveway along with the fact the silencer took half your luggage space on the left hand pannier. Then I got to thinking about the R1100s... hey presto problems solved.

Welcome to our merry band Mr Fokker. :)

I take it you'll be coming out to play in Hawes the end of this month then? Check out 'days out' for info. :)
