Air and fuel filter if it aint be done recently, though the fuel filter is still a bit of a pig even from that point, also check all the wiring thats hidden up there, some of em seem to have a habit of breaking loose from where they should be
PS: I havent actually done any of this yet myself, just what Ive picked up from the forum and from speaking with other Boxer afficienados.

You could always check the battery fluid level while your there
I have just fitted new battery from Mr Winger and all seems well.
One observation I would make if fitting the larger battery (heated grips). The screw-fixed copper lugs supplied with battery are a bit taller than the standard battery lugs and if fitted with the upstand to the outside (as standard) the top edge of the lug comes mighty close to the edge of the fuel tank, especially on the RH side. I got over this by turning the lugs inwards, thus creating much more clearance.
