It looks like an R1100S with a bad dose of mumps. All it needs now is for a BMW employee to choose a colour scheme for the paint job, and it could conceivably turn all who look at it to stone!

You really need only two tools: WD-40 and duct tape. If it doesn't move and it should, use WD-40. If it moves and shouldn't, use the tape.
