New plug caps
You'll be lucky! These are bonded to the lead, about £80 I understand. With all the checks done and engine running but misfiring, I'd say a loose connection/frayed wire somewhere.
Oyster. 1999 R1100S. Almost original.

Well, following the balancing of the throttles via the link cable the bike is running much better.

It still misfires when it's warming up, but when it's up to temperature it appears to be fine, mostly ticking over and pulling away smoothly.

There was one small missed beat, which caused it to stall, but apart from that it does seem greatly improved if not completely cured.
2011 Harley-Davidson FLD Switchback - yeah, I know. I've always wanted one though...
