Servicing video clip from USA, last year?

Post by oyster »

A pal who is thinking of getting a better tourer is thinking of an R1100S as an option. Otherwise it will be a Sprint. I told him the difference may be in the service cost, he could do his own on a BMW, but probably not so easy on a Triumph. (The Triumph will also do 180 miles to a tank.)
To help, I thought I would direct him to the video clip that someone offered a link to about a year ago. I seem to remember it was very good, an American workshop engineer, giving very clear and simple advice to doing the basics. I cant find the thread now. Does anyone else remember it?
Please post again if you have it.
Thanks.

Thanks Ken!

These were indeed the clips. MAINTENANCE VIDEO.

Sadly too late though. Headstrong pal has purchased, at a very favourable price, a recent Sprint. I now need a bigger fuel tank.
