So......if there was no reg number how did they manage to send you the letter in the first place? Where did they get a name and address from if not the registration details? How do they know it is a red H*nda? Did somebody just guess all this information and mail it out to someone who just happens to own a motorcycle?

tbh the pics are too small to really see what's going on in the cctv stills.

There's nothing too see no matter how large you make them; my feeling is that they don't have the man power to get a decent image from the footage they have/ or there is just no detail on the CCTV footage?. I can't understand why they think anyone would admit it's them when there is no visible vehicle registration?!
