How are you wound up?

At a slim 14ish Stone....

I'm wound 1 click from soft on the rear preload
1 full turn from soft on the dampening

and 23 from soft on the front.

The bike is a 1100 BCR. Stiffer spring is the reason for low load setting on the back.

On the suspension front, it really is horses for courses, this subject has been covered sooo many times before - frankly just by asking the question you're waving a red rag at some on here! I've now got Ohlins F&R, but from memory mine were set stiffer than you have & I'm the same weight as you. If you're really want to know then I can hook out the old units & check what the settings were - Just let me know.

used to have about 6 from hard on the standard bcr shock

on the ohlins, about 2/3 hrard

Oops, see what you mean. Twas my daughters birthday and it was her friends that stayed. If she wants that many to stay again she can do it in her own place when she has left home.
