Front shock

Bit of a draft question but does the knob marked 'hard and soft' (wish I had one of them) just behind the top yoke control compression damping and not pre load?

I am thinking of fitting some Hagon shocks to the bike and was wondering if anyone else has them. I've got one on the Triumph Tiger and it seems pretty good but how is the compression damping control, if that's what it is, retained?

Any other recomendations as to different makes?

I believe it's just rebound damping.

I'll ditto that....rebound damping!
I think the std front shock is pretty well set up. The only thing I'd change it for is an Ohlins.
