Got a mate who's had a rush of blood to the head and bought a JPS F1 rotary Norton!!,did i want a go? not arf,but blimey talk about a strange thing to ride, zero vibration,of the throttle hunts like mad,but as soon as you opened it up in any gear pulled like mad,and the sound!!! unbeleavable!!
Bit like the price!!,wheels need powder coating and the bikes not mint!!! £11,700!!! gulp.
Interesting test ride

Well have to say didn't want to try to hard on it,the thought of rideing around on 12 grands worth of someone else bike, doesn't do much for ones sphincter!!!
It was spooky in the fact, you knocked the throttle of and it just keeped on going!!!,the performance was Ok but nothing to write home about, but to be honest thats got as much to do with the two bikes i ride, take both of e'm for granted, particularly the S,the big difference i noticed early on this year with PC has already worn of,it's only rideing either another S or a similar bike, you think jeeze it ain't so bad!!!
Just in case!!! the the guy who bought the bike(sorry Gus it was Andy from the bike breakers!!) was saying, the place he bought it from also had a minter for sale JPS leathers included £17,500!!!!

Lucky b'stard! I remember my dad wanted to by a rotary engined NSU RU80 (anyone remember them - beautiful looking car but an unreliable super nightmare) when I was a kid.... He didn't buy it in the end - went for the little NSU with the side opening bonet that promptly flew off at speed and landed in the road behind us... so he bought an Alfa Gueletta (spelt wrong - but like the Alfa police cars in the Italian Job - I remember roaring round London on the test drive, getting stopped for running a red light, then standing up with my head through the webasco sunshine roof screaming round the roundabout in front of Bucking Palace...
Ahhh, nostalga is a fantastic thing...
