Hello from Lincolnshire

Postby mmichbam » Tue May 11, 2021 8:26 pm

Picked this up a few weekends ago. 2001, with a Vanderlinde exhaust, chip, gas flowed head and 5.5 rear wheel. My first boxer and I love it. Just need to get used to those indicators :D

Welcome own board, me duck. Don't worry, you will soon get used to the indicators. How many miles has the bike got under it's wheels already?

Cheers,

Paul
You really need only two tools: WD-40 and duct tape. If it doesn't move and it should, use WD-40. If it moves and shouldn't, use the tape.

Thanks Paul.

It’s done just over 45k, I have a stack of history for it. It appears to have been well looked after by all its owners, fingers crossed.

I'm new to Boxers too. It was a delight to get back to a mechanical machine rather than one utilising software and data connections...

Welcome along. As Paul says you'll soon get used to the indicators and realise they are so logical in use. I much prefer them to the new models indicators
