Hi all.
Is there anybody here that works within the Motor Insurance industry, or on the legal side that I can talk to for a little advice please.
My bike has been written off and my insurer is messing me about as regards the payout. And I believe their actions may be fraudulent.
Many thanks
Insurance / legal expert.

You could try Cornwall Insurance Services and ask to speak to Graham.
He's a biker as well and has been very helpful over the years.
May be worth a try.
Be up front that you just want advice and say that Dave Carver suggested you try him.

Good luck

C`mon tell us the story and we can all advise from our vast experiences of learning that insurance business is about collecting premiums and mitigating claims when it comes to paying out. Fraudulent seems pretty harsh?

Thanks for your input guys.
I don't want to say too much at the mo, but if your insurer changed certain information on file to reduce it negate a claim payout, wouldn't you call that fraud?
