So this year will see the Euro 4 spec engines on new bikes like the Euro 6 on cars to make them cleaner running and more efficient. I bet the road fund licence doesn't come down though.

That doesn't make it right when some of these cars are paying next to nothing but still putting more wear and tear on the road network than a motorcycle can ever do.
