Other than try another bulb and /or check that the contacts aren't corroded and are making good contact I can't think of anything drop related that would cause this.. :oops: Or dig out the multimeter to confirm you have voltage.

Did you put in a dual filament lamp?
If I am ever on life support - Unplug me......
