Off road riding

Anyone got any recommendations for a day school or a few days training in Spain / sunshine etc off road.

I have never done any trials or enduro but would like to try it and don't want to spend money on anything where I get sub standard kit / bikes / instruction.

I have riding off road most of my life. An I did not know you needed to go school to have fun.
