Seat Modification & re-cover

Post by GerryB »

Who would be able to build my seat foam up about an inch & re-cover the seat in a proffessional way .

I'm tall , and feel a bit cramped on long rides .

An inch higher & drop the foot pegs an inch should make a world of difference .

KTM sell different seats , depending on what the rider wants .

Google a guy called Tony Archer for seats - has been well recommended on here previously.

I am making a small bracket on each side to hang the entire foot peg assembly down by 30mm so that'll save me a £100 ish quid .

Once I've done that I'll see if I need a higher seat , although I suspect I will be more comfortable sitting a bit higher .
