You really need only two tools: WD-40 and duct tape. If it doesn't move and it should, use WD-40. If it moves and shouldn't, use the tape.

I've missed the forum too.
It reminded me of 'the good old days' of 70s power cuts when we had no TV and the cost of candles sky-rocketed!
