Hello everyone, my name is John and I have worked for the past 4 1/2 months as a parts advisor at Cotswold BMW Motorrad in Gloucester. I am only too glad to answer any queries that any of you may have and if I don't know the answer I'll ask somebody who hopefully will! I look forward to interacting with you all soon. :)

Hello John, welcome to the madhouse

But………

I really need your advice for a serious problem ! I suspected for some time now that the misses has been cheating. The usual signs; phone rings, if i answer the caller hangs up, going out with the girls a lot.. I try to stay awake to look out for her when she comes home but I usually fall asleep. Anyway last night about midnight i hid in the shed behind the motorbike. When she came home she got out of some blokes car and was buttoning her blouse up. Next she took her panties out of her purse and slipped them on. It was at that moment crouched behind the motorbike i noticed it...
a hairline crack in the engine mounting bracket..
Is that something I can weld or do I need to replace it . . . . .?

Sry couldn't resist that, but you did leave yourself a bit open there
Phil.

R1200S and loving it !

Hiya John and welcome on board.

As a BMW parts advisor I wonder if you could let me know how BMW ever got away with calling the pathetic excuses they fitted to the HP2 'rear view mirrors' They're having a laugh

Don't suppose you could do a deal on a pair of S1000RR mirrors could you? There might even be group buy??

I'd just like to say I passed me test on 7 May 1975 on a Honda CB200.
There would appear to be a surfeit of prolixity and sesquipedalian content today please do not use a big word when a singularly un-loquacious and diminutive linguistic expression will satisfactorily accomplish the contemporary necessity
