Oil filter stuck

I was waiting for someone to come along and say there was no clearance!
After I placed the post I remembered how the filter is tight up against the case.
I have to say I have punched a screwdriver through filters on many occasions but only as a last resort.
I am doing a quick service on a Boxer Cup next month.....the one that my Wife dropped the paint on.......I think I will try that method just to show how easy the screwdriver punch method is...Pic's to follow.

Run motor till warm then mole grips as tight as you can take care not to catch exhaust works every time
