looking to remove that front cover cos the paint is flaking off
to remove drain engine oil
is just a question of just undoing all 13 allen bolts and pullin of the cover or is there something more sinster to it

so which parts am i looking for i take it Remus silences and both pipes from the headers?

Just seen a 1100s 54 plate on the bay has a gearbox fault and it has a chromed timing cover?

was this an option from BMW ?

or could you buy this from ?

two questions the plus points of the upgrade and the negative points.


Does the engine run a tad hotter? does the tick over become erratic?
