I had pretty much the same problem.

Check the wiring along the left hand electrics box under the fairing. All looked well.

I ended up chasing circuits with a multi meter and found the naughty wire. It had been rubbing on the corner of the box and had corroded internally casing the break in the ...

Well I bled it all out the other day, 30 miles later and it's back to not working.
