in central london today. i'm sure i recognise the seat cover. it looked good. i like the red wheels with the black. notice the black fork detail too instead of the silver. was this standard on the early bikes? i like that too. oh, and it had ohlins as well.

strangely enough I think I saw this bike heading towards town from Epsom this morning ... on the A24(0) ... quite unusual so I guess it was the same bike.

Hands up it's mine, much loved but in desperate need of bloody good clean!

New job means I've only been parking in Finsbury Circus for the past month or so, also changed my commute (due to a, ahem, incident on the A3  ), I now come up the A24 & rejoin the A3 at Clapham Common, shorter route but longer timewise (a tad).

Nice to know I've been spotted by other Trixters - make yourself known if you see me parked up or enroute, it's always good to have a chat whilst stopped at traffic lights.

yep, saw you on the A24 this morning, Ian ... I was between cars going the other way on the BCR so no time to wave  ... off to work in Leatherhead so just down the road from Box Hill

I'll look out for you.

You come through Epsom then? GSXR rider on the floor this morning, pulled out of side road & opened it up a bit too quickly right in front of me, turns out he'd only pulled out of his drive just before that. A quick demonstration of how cold tyres & cold tarmac are not a good mix .

usually go through Esher but fancy a change now and then as I get bored (and careless) riding the same route every day ... I'll give you a wave next time
