Y peice in exhaust

Hi, what are the implications of putting a Y peice in the exhaust in place of the CAT?
Is it louder? And what about the lamda? And where to get one?

Might I suggest you try the 'search' function as there is everything you would every wish to know (and more) in previous posts.
All you need to know is that probably 75% of the members on this board have done it so it can't be a bad thing.
