Its grim oop north!

Post by Yeti »

Hi folks!

new member from the northeast but not an owner.....YET!

I have been lurking around here since last summer (got the nod from a guy at the McD's car park in Darlington last year) and thought I'd say hello.

Just gotta sell one of my RT's and jobs a good en' for the summer months if I find a nice 'S' :D

May see some of you around in the coming months.

Hi Yeti

Must have been me you spoke to at McD's (Coffees passable)!

Still not found a good 11s? Keep looking, they are still out there.

Welcome :D

Welcome aboard.

You may not see me around for a little while - at least until my ankle and knee decide they want to bend again (recently bust leg). Otherwise I know where there'll be an 11S for sale. :(

Slung my leg over it today and can't get my knee bent comfy enough yet.

Then you'll need a good psychiatrist :D

probably! not sure I got a name but you were with a mate on another bike at the time. I was in a white saxo with L' plates. Yeah thats the one.... the scruffy looking fella with the beard....

I stopped looking for a while after going to look at a few apparently good condition ones that were a complete waste of time. I know condition is relative but I stipulated on the phone each time that I already have a commuter and want a sunday best etc etc.....are you sure its clean...blah blah......oh yeah mate dead clean........pahh :? so gave up.
