Ilmberger C/F hugger for R1100s

Post by SonnyJim »

I saw one of these advertised on e-bay recently and bought it. Going by the previous topics they are rated as the best.
I haven,t had the chance to fit it yet but can anyone tell me if it's meant to have a notch out of the "arm". I presume it's to allow access to the rear brake bleed nipple, but I'm not sure. If it's a fault then it will have to be returned.
Thought I'd check with those more knowledgeable first.
Thanks.

Thanks for the info guys and for putting my mind at ease.
Just fitted it and I can see why everyone raves about them.
