New Headlight Bulb

Can anyone advise on a good replacement headlight bulb as the low beam has gone on mine. If you could also provide contact details.

Hi Scotty,
Maybe not the Hi Tech approach, but I bought my replacement from Halfords, I went for the 30% brighter variety, can't remember the bulb type but it is an off the shelf item.

Cheers Ivor - I was't sure if Halfords did any. If the warm weather we're having continues to the weekend I think I'll take a run up to Peterhead and get one. Hav'nt used the bike this year yet.

I believe Halfords branded bulbs are Philips?

Cheers all. Need to do some work on the bike prior to getting it back on the road for the new season. Think I'll heave it on the work bench this weekend and make a start.

I did a bulb upgrade over Christmas - as Horse27 recommends I also used A1 Autobulbs to buy an H1 Osram +90% Nightbreaker and Busters Accessories for a Philips Vision Plus +80% H7
Wow - what a difference, money well spent. Full beam practically blows other traffic out of the way
