MCN - Longtern High Mileage Review

Can anyone tell me which issue of MCN covered a high mileage review of certain bikes including the R1100S. Apparently the article appeared within the last 3 months or so and covered several high mileage bikes including a Honda Blackbird. The s had covered over 200,000miles so it would be interesting to know what parts needed replacing.

It was the 9th of jan the edition,there were two BB's,i don't think they did a fat lot to either of e'm,just some oddball mods.

Cheers Winger. Did you happen to note what mileage the s got to ? I think the Blackbird did something daft like 300K or something.

It wasn't what it appeared,big miles on the couples BMW's but most had been done on other beemers even though the main picture had a red S,sorry pink!!
