Valve Clearance / Torque settings?

Hi all.
Having had an 1150 GS in a previous incarnation, I acquired a service manual for it which I've still got. Now I'm the proud owner of an 'S' what I want to know is apart from the obvious differences in bike and slight decrease in engine size are most of the settings for the engine the same? I'm not talking about gear ratio's etc., just service type settings - valve clearances, bolt torque and so forth.
Any helpful advice appreciated.
