Anyone watch the coverage over the weekend,last nights crash with Lee Jackson and the factory Suzuki!!! or the poor sod who 25 minutes from the end looped the kawasaki in the pit lane and didn't finish!!!

I did. Most amazing thing was that the #1 suzuki was fixed and looked as new within 20 minutes :shock: They replaced, wheels, silencers, swing arm, all the body work and probably a whole lot of other stuff.

Did you see the crash when the race was neutralized? Very odd. Seemed that a locked up rear brake caused the accident. Good thing it didn't lock up at race speed.

I never was a fan of endurance racing, but now I am. What about the #17 BMW crash? Learned from the pelican boys it was damaged: top triple (?) was broken, bike couldn't be pushed back to the pit. Rules say the rider must push it back on its own.

I caught dribs and drabs over the weekend.Got to see and HEAR the bmw a few times.Still sound fecking mental!

I don't think i've ever seen a crash like the Jackson, works Suzuki thing,Suzuki comes in shot tumbling over followed by a pile of bits(Jacksons bike) literally!!! and when eveything had come to a standstill a steaming front wheel dropped into the picture from above,sureal.
