Hi, Stuart....not seen this before, in fact I only know Spiegler as a company supplying good quality aftermarket brake bits, especially braided hoses (as here), a bit like ,say , Goodrich. Looks well designed, though, what with not having to mod the fairing or screen.

I've been looking at those as well. Not bad money for what you're getting. They look quite wide though.

Johnl..... I have bought the K1200RS "clipons" and the bars as well.. The clip ons fitted, but the bars were not long enough and did not have the threaded bit for the bar end weights. Strange this as they use the same switch gear??

What components do you have here then??

Cheers

Stuart

sorry for the delay in getting back to you stuart. The bike came with those bars fitted so i was'nt sure what they were. I'm still not, but have dug out some BMW manual they states they are for a BMW K1200RS. specifically - retrofit kit : raising handlebars on the k1200RS.

My bike is a 2000 R1100ss without heated grips.

hope this helps

...........just found the invoice for them.

They were supplied by motorworks on 30/04/02.

description - H/B riser kit R1100S 65mm

stock code - ACA66688A

It might be worth giving motorworks a ring
