Now lets get something straight here matey on a very serious not!!! if you look at the mans address he's not a Brummie he's a Yam Yam,there's a marked lingual difference, the dividing line being anything west of M6.

But anyone brave enough to offer him 100 quid and even braver, go and collect it!!!!

ah yes, I saw this on ebay and was interested in it for my Father. He has put several flat twin engines in various three wheeled morgan inspired kitcars over the years and always hankered over the BMW flat twin. Trouble is, by the time i got to the end of the listing i felt like the chap could go fu(k himself. Not the greatest marketing ever.

I use to live in wednesbury. spent a year there while at uni in Manchester ( don't ask ) it was the most depressing place i have ever lived in and vowed never to return to the midlands. Of course, I ended up in Essex, which aint great for a lad from the North East. The weathers better down here though.

Hang on a minute, the last time I looked, Birmingham was west of or should I say south of the M6:?

Geography isn't a native BrumJum's strong point.

I'd guess, having done the pit for 3 years in the 90's, the reference line is the M5 / J8 or J9 (see I was there tooo long) :)

Well as a poor sole who's spent all his life there,i'd say geography is it's only strong point cuz it's in the middle and it ain't a long way to anywhere!!!

Now that's a good point.

I was born about 5 miles from Meriden (oldsters will remember the pre-Hinckley Triumph)

That's about as middlin' as it gets.
