Bloody Ebay Belly Pan!

Post by high_tower »

Afternoon All,

I bought a boxercup (style) belly pan on ebay and was guaranteed it would mount on my S. it arrives and there is no mounting brackets or anything, i'm totally foobed off with the company but there answer it didn't say anything about them in the auction. fair enough but i actually asked them if they were included.

could someone please take a picture of how the belly pan mounts to their boxer cup, think i'll have to fabricate something as i'm not paying £166 for the parts from BMW.

if anyone has any other suggestions i'm all ears.

If it is the company I think it is, they do offer the mounting hardware for 60 euro. I thought about it too, but they have been unresponsive to my emails.

I actually found another one, that does come with hardware which I may get.

Depending on which model of belly-pan you have bought High_Tower, contact Motorworks and speak to Darren. I got my one from him and he is a really helpfull guy. If anyone can help; he can.

I also thought about the sites on e-bay but the responses to my questions were, at best, dodgy. I ended up going for the Motorworks model. Its a substancial piece of kit and is a perfect fit.

If the worst comes to the worst, flog your belly-pan here or back on flea-bay and buy the one from Motorworks. Mine was just shy of £200 and it really sets the bike off well.

Good luck mate.

Leasky.

I found a company that sells bcr like bellypan for 200 euro including mounting hardware, and 290 for the same in carbon.
