Up the revolution....we like these ones!
Just thought I'd share this with you. Think it just shows how much of a waste of time it all is.........I simply stated that there was no registration number visible, and that was enough for them to cancel it!!

yer problem matey is that the URL you supplied does not point to a jpeg file, but rather an html page. You need the URL tags, not the img tags in this case.

You really need only two tools: WD-40 and duct tape. If it doesn't move and it should, use WD-40. If it moves and shouldn't, use the tape.

I like the third para of the reply letter - they insinuate that it IS you/your vehicle, yet, withdraw the penalty saying they do not have photographic evidence to prove it. then how the heck can they use the acusatory sentence in the letter??!
Frikkin morons, it almost sounds like a shotgun notice, hoping you are sheeple enough not to challenge the notice and will cough up. Wonder how many do pay these things without a closer inspection.

So......if there was no reg number how did they manage to send you the letter in the first place? Where did they get a name and address from if not the registration details? How do they know it is a red Honda? Did somebody just guess all this information and mail it out to someone who just happens to own a motorcycle?

tbh the pics are too small to really see what's going on in the cctv stills.
non quod, sed quomodo
The answer is in the first pic, they clearly state that the vehicle was spotted by a cctv operative, he/she must have jotted down the reg no.
well done for challenging it mate.
