Feeble question about fitting Ilmberger

Hi
Being a total numpty who should never be let loose with a pair of eyebrow tweezers, let alone a socket set, I am considering pimping the R1200S a little more with Ilmberger rocker covers, injector covers, and heel guards.
Such things do not come cheap, and I was wondering just how easy are they for a total numpty to fit. It would save me from having to pay through the nose to have J*hn Cl*rk T*ys*d* fit them for me (bless them).
Suggestions?
Yours feebly,
M-o-M

Hi M-o-M,
These are definitely DIY.

Hi M-O-M
I have the carbon rocker covers, there are easy to fit and the torque setting for the bolts are 8ft lbs.

M-O-M,
If you want you could pop down and borrow my torque wrench and torx bits.

Hey that sounds fine! Let's wait till the foul weather has abated and do it - whereabouts in the Kingdom are you, roughly? (I was working at Tullis Russell in Markinch last week).

M-O-M,
I live in Cairneyhill just outside Dunfermline to the west. It is fine by me if you want to wait till the weather is better, let's hope it is not too far away.

I know Cairneyhill. Wait until I arrange to order the kit and I'll be in touch.

These items are a 10 minute fit. If you are a regular cusotmer I would have thought John Clarks would have fitted these for you as a matter of goodwill especially as bike workshops are not exactly busy at this time of year.
I am sure the team at Motorrad Edinburgh or Glasgow would welcome a visit; given my experience with them I would be very surpiried if they charged fitting.
